What pool coping adhesive?

 Hello, I am redoing my pool coping and would love some advice on the best adhesive to use it. I am using a basalt 100x200x30 as paver and will have 3cm of overhang inside the pool. Should I use a primer on the surface before the adhesive ? I was going to use davco smp evo purple bag mixed with davco davelastic additive as adhesive . Is this a good solution? Also , I wanted to know if i can use the same mix to stick the pool water line tiles as well. thank you soooo much

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

You've mentioned the exact products I would recommend. Davco SMP Evo mixed with Davco Davelastic Tile Adhesive will be ideal.

You should also apply some Davco Ultraprime Surface Primer to help the adhesive bond to the concrete as well as it can.

Yes, this mix would also be suitable for sticking on the tiles at the waterline, but you would want to drain the pool to below this level before doing so.
