How to fix CSI garage door opener?

Hi, i have CSI Classic Pro Series garage door installed . Buttons installed in garage wall are not working . Garage remote only work when it is very nearby the CSI unit installed on top of wall . I have changed the batteries of the remote cell too - still it work only nearby.

Do you know if there is issue with CSI installed on top wall ? What can be the issue and how it can rectified ?

Considering both the remote and the wall buttons are not working; it sounds like it could be an issue with the receiver in the ceiling.

Unfortunately, this is not something you would be able to fix yourself, and you are going to have to contact the manufacturer of the garage door or the installer of the garage door for assistance.
