How to repair rendered external wall?

I have found some render cracking up on the external wall near the lawn area. house was built in 2018. I have asked the builder about the material that they have used but no reply. I have asked chatgpt, it was suggested to use Dunlop acrylic render premix. However, seem this product is not selling in Aust. I was thinking of getting those polyfilla brick render or Dunlop joint n patch premix but chatgpt said it is not suitable for this kind of render.

Note: the mesh structure between the render n the brick is a plastic mesh.

Any suggestion from the community?

I would head towards Polyfilla 500g Exterior Brick and Render Masonry I havnt done any render repair as yet 🙂 so you may be thinking why would i recomend something. I have looked at so many differenttypes of render repair as I do need to do some on my terrrace wall 🙂 It is always interesting reading the specifications of products and narrowing down your search. This is what i have arrived at for smaller patch type repairs.

My apologies for the late reply. Allow me to welcome you as well to the Bunnings Workshop community. I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to repair the render? by @Jolly181. The damage to your wall appears to be very similar to the one in the discussion. My best advice is to remove all the loose render and debris before you start your repair. I also recommend reading this guide - How to repair a rendered wall by @Nailbag.

As @EricL both the article I posts How to repair a rendered wall and this one How to repair the render? by @Jolly181 are worth a read and should give you all the information you need. But in short it is a fairly easy DIY repair project.
