I did DIY bathroom vanity replacement. everything works well except this morning it’s small leaking from the pipe. not sure what things to put it there. please see the picture.

Generally, when a vanity waste is installed, a plumber would use Plumbers Putty under the part of the waste on the top side of the vanity. If you didn't do this, I would suggest removing it, cleaning up whatever silicone you have used and replacing it with plumber's putty.
Make a sausage with the putty and then sit it in a circle around the hole in the vanity. When the waste is tightened on, it will compress creating the seal you are aiming for.
