I suggest using a small section of 13mm hose and attaching a Pope 13mm Barbed Snap-On With Bug Cap And Poly Clamp. I recommend using a Kinetic 6-16mm 304 Stainless Steel Hose Clamp on both sides of the barb so that they do not pull out when the garden hose is attached.
