How to order Lockwood 8653 Sliding Security Screen Door Lock?

I have a sliding screen door which doesn't work very well.

The door closes but does not lock and on one side the latch lever is loose.

I move id recently but thought the latch did work initially but not suree

Emailed Lockwood (the makers) with images and they replied

It can be special ordered from Bunnings.

I can't see it on the website so how do I go about getting one please?

And is there another brand you sell that would fit?

I would need all 3 sections.

I suggest visiting your local store and speaking to a special-order team member. Show them the link to the Lockwood 8653 Sliding Security Screen Door Lock and they will be able to arrange the order for you. The Rolltrak Black Sliding Screen Door Lock and the Rolltrak Black Keyed Sliding Screen Door Lock might be compatible with your existing lock as well. The only way to compare it is to remove the old lock and see if the mounting points are similar, otherwise, it will be necessary to drill new holes on the door itself.
