Is it possible to get some photos of the office and the basic location of the wall?
Is this in a residential setting? Or a commercial office space?
What sort of finish are you looking for? A simple plasterboard wall with timber or aluminium window frames? Or full-height glass that acts as the partition?
I used to work for a builder who specialised in commercial ceilings and partitions, using a lot of aluminium and glass, and from experience, I wouldn't call it a DIY project.
I would be happy to offer you guidance on planning the project, but depending on the context, it is likely one that is best left to the professionals.
