With Brisbane summer fast approaching I'm considering insulating our freestanding colorbond garage - currently being used as our home gym.
I've assumed I should be standardising on 90 x 45 H3 framing with 15mm F8 structural ply for the walls.
There's a high likelihood I'll be attaching shelving in some areas but not for anything overly heavy (eg not storing 20kg weight plates etc).
I just want to get some thoughts on if 600mm stud spacing will be fine or if I need to be going with 450 spacing to keep the ply sheets flat and level?
