How to replace shower head?

Hello Experts, 

Need suggestions on a good Shower head to replace with the existing one as it has started leaking(though very little)

Looking for suggestions on which one to replaced with as DIY.

Looking for more with overhead showers like rain where I don't need to tilt based on height.

In this particular instance the cause of the leak is actually your shower taps. The shower head is just a device that spreads the water out in a spray but has no effect on its on and off function. Depending on the type of tap that you have (ceramic or standard jumper valve) will decide what part you need to use to repair it. The only way to find out is to remove the handle, cover shield and the spindle to reveal its insides.
