I’m keen to buy and install this light for my home ceiling:

it says the light is “dimmable”
1) How do I adjust the dimness? Do I need to get a seperate part to do this, what is that part?
2) Is there LED lights that I can adjust the tri colour using a wall switch instead of having to remove the light from ceiling and access the switch each time I want to change? How is this done?
