How to fix Mondella shower head leaking?

The shower has the following tapware installed:
Mondella Black Matte Resonance 1/4 Turn Pin Lever Wall Top Assembly,
which was installed two years ago. The shower head is now leaking.

Could this be a cartridge issue? If so, which replacement product would be the correct one?

Also, could I please check whether this would be covered under warranty?

It sounds like a cartridge issue, if you have your original docket and it has been less than 10 years, you'll be able to claim it under warranty. I suggest going to your local store and speaking to the special orders team and asking them about claiming the warranty on your shower mixers. They will then look at your docket and track down your purchase. Once the warranty is approved, they will arrange for the ceramic cartridges to be ordered.
