Different sections of my kitchen cupboards are peeling off, I was thinking whether to sand and paint it or sand and oil it.
Any ideas to renovate it?

These cabinets are likely laminate-coated chipboard made to look like a timber veneer. As the coating is not actual timber, oiling them is not recommended.
With these cabinets, your best option would be to paint them using a cabinet paint such as the Dulux Renovation Range Cabinet Doors Paint.
