How to replace hose reel?

I’m trying to figure out which hose reel the previous owner of our house had installed, so I can use the existing holes, rather than re-drilling. 
The holes are 70mm wide and approx. 160mm high 

Apologies for the poor quality, but hoping someone may recognise it…

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

For us to have any hope of identifying the hose reel, unfortunately, we're going to need a better photo of it. Does it have a brand name on it?

A photo showing the exact spacing of the screw holes would also help.

I will assist further when you can provide some further details.
