Does a 90mm 90 degree angle connector fitting block up easier?

Are you referring to a 90mm PVC pipe connection such as this Holman 90mm 90° Female And Female PVC Stormwater Elbow?
Are you trying to compare it to using something like 100mm PVC pipe?
Blockages happen because something solid stops and becomes wedged. Thinking logically, a 100mm pipe would be harder to block simply because it is larger.
If there was a specific scenario you are weighing up, which this does not answer, could you explain what you are looking to achieve so I can assist further?
