How to prevent mould on ceiling paint?

Hello,

My bathroom and bedroom ceiling have mould every winter. I wonder if there is a protective layer that can be applied on top of existing paint to prevent mould? The paint is relatively new

I suggest having a look at this discussion - Solved: How to get rid of mould in bedroom ceiling by @ventodimare. In the discussion, Protite 75ml Mould Defender Paint Additive was suggested to be added to your ceiling paint to prevent mould from returning. I also recommend installing an exhaust fan in either your ceiling or wall to promote air circulation.
