What do you have for hanging pictures on plaster walls, that doesn't require nails or other holes to suspend 10-15 kg?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a great method for hanging things that weigh upwards of 10kg that doesn't involve putting holes in the plasterboard.
Using four of these Command Large White Adhesive Picture Hanging Strips, you can hang up to 7.2kg, so if you used 8, this may be able to hold the weight you are after.
If you are looking for a "low damage" solution that could easily be patched, then the 3M Claw Picture Hanger 30kg would exceed your needs. Upon removal, the hole can be quickly and easily patched with some Spakfilla, then sanded and painted.
