i need a raise a floor waste by 10mm in a wet area before doing screed. How can i do this? Is their a extension i can buy?

To comply with plumbing standards, you'd need to connect the waste pipe to a puddle flange that is rebated into the concrete. You can then waterproof and screed over the top.
As this is considered plumbing work requiring a licence, I'd suggest contacting a plumber for their assistance with this work.
