Anyone able to enlighten me as to what this pipework coming through the back of cabinet would be.
Under laundry sink in apartment complex.

Have you got air conditioning in your apartment? Do you hear dripping when it is on?
It's difficult to say with 100% certainty, but it is pretty likely that it is a drain line for your air conditioner.
