A few days ago when I turned on my tap, a hunch of things fell out of the end of my tap. I looked it and found out it’s call the aerator but I want to fix it. what should I get?

I'm sorry but your current tap aerator can no longer be re-assembled. I suggest removing the brass tip of the spout and replacing it with a new aerator such as the FIX-A-TAP WELS 3 Star 8L/min Male Aerator. This will return the aeration functionality of your basin spout.
