The house we recently bought has slate floor with wide grout lines, there are quite a few missing patches like this. Which product would be best for repairing them?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your slate flooring.
I suggest having a look at using the Dunlop 800g Ready-To-Go Coloured Grout - Slate Grey. It should work nicely in patching up any gaps you might have in your flooring. On the condition that the gaps are not very big or go on an extended length becoming bigger the ready to go grout should work nicely. Please note that the new grout will dry off to lighter colour.
