How to fix leak from quarter turn garden tap?

I have three of these damned garden taps and two have a leak as per the photos. 

They are the quarter turn variety so no washers to replace.

Any suggestions on how to repair? To be clear, I'd rather repair than replace.

Hi @rocker,

For the one leaking from the handle, start by turning off the main water supply. You can then undo any nut on the top of the handle. Once undone, you should be able to remove the handle. Below it, there should be a nut around the spindle. Try tightening this nut. If that doesn't resolve the leak, you'll need to undo the nut and pull out the spindle to see if you can gain access to the O-ring on the shaft. Replace this O-ring and reassemble.

For the one leaking from the spout, the ball valve has likely failed, and I'm not aware of any spare parts. Replacement is probably the only option here.

The simplest solution would be to replace them with something like this FIX-A-TAP 13mm 1/2" Lead-Free Brass Quarter Turn Tap N Snap Garden Tap, or this FIX-A-TAP 13mm Brass Lead-Free Garden Tap N Snap. Just ensure you pick up the version that has the same size threaded connector as your wall fitting.
