Is Sikaflex Pro compatible with Bastion waterproofing membrane?

Hello, I have recently laid down a James Hardie Secura floor and Villaboard walls in a 2mx1.9m bathroom. It is a room with a framed bath and a vanity. 

I have caulked between the floor joints with Polyurethane.  I am wondering if I should use the Poly before (or after even) membraning on the vertical wall joins and the horizontal floor-wall joins given that my waterproofing product is waterbased.  

Brand for PU: sikaflex pro

membrane/primer and tape: Bastion

If its possible to use these products, what order is best for adhesion?

Its easy enough cut out anything I've already done if needed

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @AGK. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about waterproofing membrane.

The Bastion 15kg Under Tile Waterproofing Membrane, as per its technical details, requires the use of Bastion 300ml Bond Breaker Joint Sealant on wall/floor junctions before applying tape and the membrane. However, Sikaflex 11FC is a common product used on such joints prior to waterproofing and is compatible with the Bastion Membrane, so you can continue its use without needing to remove what you've already done.

The typical application method is to apply primer to the area and wait for it to dry. Then, apply a fillet of caulking joint sealant and wait for it to dry. Apply tape and then two coats of membrane.
