How to repel unwanted animals from garden?

I had been looking into some solar animal repellent ultrasonic, since i having a problem with a few night bandits, aka animals like a cat. Ok,. We got a chain length fence around the yard, so i got to get a sneaky cat coming around. Finding a spot under the fence. So i went outside that night and i noticed cat tracks on the hood of the truck. So what would be a good solar animal repellent ultrasonic

I havnt really heard of an ultrasonic repellent that works, let alone recomend 😕

Maybe a movement sensor attached to a light or a sprinkler with a motion sensor! And Bunnings have one 🙂
