I’ve got a kitchen cabinet which keeps falling on one side because the screw slips inside the hinge. Every time I tighten the hinge it slips back again within a day, I think a new hinge is what will help.

Your hinges are called bi-fold hinges and the equivalent of it are the Kaboodle Cabinet Bi Fold Hinge - 1 Pair. These are stronger hinges and have better fittings. But just to be sure, I propose bringing one of your old hinges with you to compare shape and size at the store to make sure you are getting the correct set.
