How to remove sticker and fix door?

 please excuse my camera quality but could anyone tell me what to do here. I’m freaking out I have inspection this Friday and I’ve got my girls name stuck on the door however when I’ve removed it (some sort of sticky Velcro at the back) it’s now ripped the paint over the door. How can I fix this please or does it need a new door? Also now I’m too scared to pull the rest of the names off is there a specific way to take it off so I don’t damage the door further please and Thankyou

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your door.

I suggest using Goof Off 177ml Adhesive Remover to soften the adhesive behind the letters. You don't need a new door; it is possible to do a quick touch up on the door to patch the damage. Generally speaking, it would be advisable to paint the entire door so that you get a uniform finish. But because you are pressed for time a touch is what I recommend. Touch the stripped section and see if there is an edge to it. 

If there is an edge, I suggest lightly sanding it with a 240grit sandpaper to get it nice and smooth. Do not make the damaged section bigger, your goal is to remove the raised edge of the paint. I suggest using Cabot's 10ml Touch Up Stain Pen in white or similar. Run the pen over the damaged section and wait for it to dry off before putting a second coat on. Your goal is to blend in the damage section with the colour of the door. Another option is to grab a UNi-PRO 4 Piece Foam Brush Set in combination with British Paints 250ml White Sample Pot and paint the damaged section. 

Just like the pen, make sure to give the first coat time to dry before putting a second coat on. Please keep in mind not to use too much paint as you just a want to patch the stripped section. My best advice is to keep the door open to the wall so that it is not in the direct line of sight.
