How to remove rust from garden shed?

Hi, 

Please let me know how to remove the rust from the new ( purchased end of last year and not used as yet)  garden shed manufactured by  Easy Shed. I have been to two Bunnings stores at Carlingford and Thornleigh but the stores did not seem to have any product to remove the rust from this shed. The shed is not being used and I will like to be able to to keep my garden tools etc in the shed.  I contacted Easy shed who asked me to scrub of the rust and repaint it. The licenced property maintenance person who compiled a report said that the problem cannot be fixed but Easy Shed did not accept the report. Before I store anything inside the shed, I will like to have the rust removed and wonder if anyone can help by suggesting a product  or how this could be done.

Thanks for sharing your question about your shed. To properly treat the surface rust the channel must be removed from the bottom of the shed if possible. The rust will then need to be lightly sanded off and treated with White Knight 0.125L Rust Guard Rust Converter. It's then followed by the White Knight Rust Guard Medium Grey Metal Primer Paint - 0.5L and then a topcoat of White Knight Rust Guard Gloss White Epoxy Enamel Paint - 0.25L tinted to your preferred colour. 

However, if the channel can't be removed for some reason. I suggest using Josco 3 Piece Hand Wire Brush Kit to brush the rust off. Make sure to use a narrow brush so that it fits into the channel.
