How to fix Ozito CSL 036 oil feed to chain bar?

My Ozito CSL 036 chainsaw oilfeed to the bar has stopped working. I have cleaned out the tank and flushed with petrol refilled with bar oil , cleaned the little hole to the bar , but I believe the pump has stopped working.

Can this be fixed , it's a great saw old but the 36 volt battery is still great , and works a treat.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

I have contacted Ozito to see if they still carry spare parts for this chainsaw, but unfortunately, due to its age, they no longer do.

Your best option is likely to take it to a chainsaw or lawnmower repair shop.

I have pulled it down and the pump is buggered.

They dont carry spares , so it is manual oiled now via an oil can.

Hi I stripped down the chainsaw and found the Circlip holding the pump worm drive to have come off.

I replaced the pump , YES THEY ARE AVAILABLE FROM ALIEXPRESS.

Put it all back together and now all good.

Jacob they are available from Aliexpress for Aud $3.25 plus freight.

You need to eybal the pump then just go through the images.
