Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about repairing the crack on your concrete surface.
I propose using Sikaflex 11FC on the very fine crack on your concrete surface. I suggest using disposable gloves to push the Sika filler into the crack, this will also allow you to get a very fine finish on the surface of your pebblecrete.
