How to repair shifting Versawall retaining wall?

Hi All,

Looking to put new turf and soil. Dug out previous soil and turf. I don't see drainage inside wall but could be in the base (800mm high).

Landscaper who installed 5  yrs ago said because it's in the front yard, may not need drainage because it goes on to council land.

I'm currently looking at the photos you posted, but your question is about putting new turf. 

Let me start with your masonry fence, in regards to the gaps in your masonry fence, these often happen because of soil movement. Water has softened the base of your masonry fence causing movement. I propose looking at how water drains away from your fence next time there is a continuous downpour. You'll be able to determine where the bulk of the rainwater is going and how its interacting with your fence. You can then install an appropriate drain to divert water away from the fence.

I propose using Mortafil 450g Ash Grey Mortar to fill the gaps in the masonry fence. Please make sure to clean the gaps with a brush before applying the Mortafil.
