How to replace sliding window part?

I have a sliding window that has a damaged wheel. It looks like it is the 14mm wheel so that seems simple enough to find. However the part i have drawn an arrow too looks damaged also and it catching as the window slides. Any suggestions on what this part is and if it can be replaced?

It looks like you’re on the right track in identifying the wheel, and we may well have a suitably sized roller for a direct replacement. The other option is to replace the whole carriage assembly, which would generally be the best approach if the part you’ve pointed to is damaged or broken, as that section is usually part of the carriage rather than a separate component.

How easy it will be to source a replacement depends on whether your window uses a proprietary carriage or a more universal type. If it’s a standard model, you might find a match in our range of Rolltrak window guides and rollers. If it’s a proprietary one, the safest bet is to remove the carriage and bring it into the store so we can try to match it as closely as possible. The carriage likely pulls straight out, but there might be a retaining screw or clip.
