How to fix Matador Ignite lights and control panel?

Just purchased a Matador Ignite 4 and assembled. For some reason the lights, dial lights and electronic controller interface will not work. Power to igniters is good but every other electrical item is not working? Check assembly manual again and again but cannot find any issues. Thoughts?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your Matador BBQ.

Just a friendly reminder that the Matador Ignite 4 comes with a power adapter that needs to be plugged in so that the LED lights and electronic interface will operate properly. However, if after plugging the adapter in and the interface still fails to operate, I suggest giving Matador a call on 1300 360 211 and explaining to them what has happened.
