I have some minor cracking in plaster due to no plaster tape being used on a 50mm plaster infill above a new sliding door.
What can I use to fill the crack?

The solution to your issue would be exactly the same as the one I have just provided in How to fix wall sheets cracking along joins.
The basic process is to widen the crack, apply mesh tape over the crack, plaster it, sand it, then prime and paint.
