Hi, I am looking at insulating my west facing sectional garage door. After reading few different ways on this forum I have decided to use 25mm foil board with 20mm spacers to create an air gap and fit and snug into the rectangular sectional panes on the door

I would like to know what type of silicon adhesive would be best suited to apply to the spacers to stick to the door which would not damage the door and also easily comeoff without leaving residue if need to. one side of spacers is adhesive which will stick to the foilboard.
Also, I would like to know what type of saw to use to cut these booards and if my local bunnings store can cut these foilboards to sizes ?
