How to use formwork with builders bog?

I'm filling a decent hole in a non structural beam, with builders bog. I think I'll need to put some formwork around it. What should I cover the formwork in so that the bog doesn't stick to it?

Hi @kez6,

You could just spray some regular old cooking oil on the formwork. This will act as a release agent that will prevent the bog from sticking to the formwork.
