Hi, would MDF V-Groove Board be okay in places like a bathroom to line the walls?

The V-Groove MDF panel is an excellent product; however, I propose using the easycraft 2400 x 1200 x 9mm easyVJ100 Wall Lining Primed Wet Area Interior UMR MDF E0 which is designed for high moisture areas such as bathrooms and laundries.
