My camellias are being eaten away by some pest and I’m not sure what it is. Needing some guidance.
Hi @scorca77,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
I'm not 100% certain what they are, but they look like they could be a scale insect or a small caterpillar.
I'd suggest using Yates Scale Gun as it can be used to treat a variety of insects on ornamental plants, including scale insects and caterpillars.
Ensure you spray the plant thoroughly, including the underside of foliage. Keep an eye on your camellias over the next few weeks and reapply if necessary.
Let me know what you think and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Good morning @scorca77 They look like Cotton Cushion Scale. As Jacob has recommended, spray with Yates Scale gun, it will smother and suffocate the insects. Good luck and don’t apply during a hot day, make sure it’s in the early morning or later in the afternoon. Good luck 🌿🙂
