Can I use bathroom plumbing for relocated kitchen?

I am looking to move the kitchen in our granny flat from the back wall; to the wall on the left (blue boxed area).

The bathroom sink is on the other side of the wall where I would put the new kitchen sink.

Can we use that same bathroom plumbing for the new kitchen sink, plus an addition of a small dishwasher and small washing machine?

This is in Sydney City council area - is council permit needed?

You'll need a permit especially if you are moving plumbing, electrical and gas fittings. My best advice is to visit your local council and have a look at the rules and regulations.
