How to replace joist of low-profile deck?

My current timber deck and joist have rotten, and I am looking to replace them. The joist and deck board are definitely rotten, so I am looking to replace them, how do I know if I can reuse the current post?

    

This is my current deck, is a low profile deck approx 200mm from the floor, on concrete / pebbles floor.

To check whether you can reuse the posts on your low-profile deck, start by testing the timber with a screwdriver and pushing it into the surface. If the timber is solid, the screwdriver shouldn’t penetrate it, but if you can push in the wood, if it feels punky, or if pieces crumble, that indicates significant rot. If the surface of the post appears sound and solid with no signs of decay, it’s likely safe to continue using it. When you remove the joist, pay attention to where the joist was connected to the post. If that section of the joist was rotted, the rot may have migrated to the top of the post. Once the joist is removed, you’ll have a better look at the post top. If you notice rot there, it would be wise to replace the post while you have access. Otherwise, if the timber is solid and shows no signs of decay, it should be safe to continue using the existing posts.
