I propose looking at either the Flexispray Cayman Single Function Wall Shower WELS 3 Star 9L/min or the Brasshards Chrome All Directional Shower Rose WELS 3 Star 8L/min. These are straight forward shower heads that have a single function only. These work well in low water pressure situations and are easy to install.

looks like the second option is no longer available. Do you have another option I could look at?
If the current store you are looking at does not have it in stock, simply change the store location and see if the other stores near you have it in stock. But as an alternative, I suggest looking at the Flexispray All Directional Hi Rise Shower WELS 3 Star 9L/min or the Flexispray WELS 3 Star 9L/min Chrome Bermuda Hi-Rise Shower 3 Function.
