How to stake a bent mandarin tree so that it grows straighter?

hello lovely humans, I have inherited this mandarin tree in my property and it has grown very much in a bent way, perhaps because it was planted too close to bamboo and is trying to get the light back. I have been hacking back the bamboo and now want to know if there are any tips to support the tree becoming straighter? I am thinking the usual stakes either side with tree straps wouldn’t work.

I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to add tree stakes? by @bardiab1985. This is a good example of how you can put support structures near your plant while avoiding the main root ball. The general process is to place three stakes half a meter away from the main trunk of the plant and using jute webbing to hold the trunk in place. Once you've had a look at the discussion, you'll get a better idea of how you can support your mandarin tree.
