How to fix soft close drawers that keep springing open?

One of our soft close drawers keeps springing open when trying to push it all the way in. I’ve had a look behind and it seems the hook on the end of the spring is snapped off. I’ve attached the photo of one that is working and one that is not, and you can see the damages one is missing the hook at the front. Can I replace just the latch or do i need to replace the whole drawer?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your soft close drawer runners.

Is it a Kaboodle soft close drawer runner? Do you have a Kaboodle kitchen? If you do, I suggest finding out if your kitchen is under 10 years old. The warranty on cabinet fixings is 10 years this includes drawer runners as well. If it is under 10 years old, I recommend going back to the store where you purchased it from and speaking to the kitchen specialist about your drawer runners. 

However, if it is outside the warranty period, I suggest bringing one of the drawers and drawer runner rail to the store and speaking to the in-store kitchen specialist. They will be able to assess and figure out which drawer runner you'll need to for your drawer cabinet.
