How to add insulation to super 6 asbestos roof?

Wanting insulation advice or suggestions how to get some 🙂
Ive a super 6 asbestos roof. So no cavity. Im looking to install insualtion batts in between rafters and then plasterboard which will flatten ceiling.
What sort of bats should i use? Sunny coast qld its to block the heat.
