What tile paint for bathroom niche?

Is there a type of paint that can be used on some slightly exposed wall tiles in a bathroom niche? We have large white tiles with white grout, and the tiler has not done a neat job so some of the tile edge is exposed leaving a brown line. Just after something simple I can cover that with that will stick, or if there is any other suggestion?

You can definitely improve that edge. Since you are only covering the thin exposed side of the tile, grout paint is usually the simplest, cleanest, and most economical option. It is made to bond to cement-based grout, but it would also adhere to the edge of tiles as long as the surface is dry and clean.

If the brown line you are seeing is simply the raw edge of the tile, a white grout paint pen will blend it in neatly with the surrounding grout and tiles. It gives you very controlled application so you can avoid making a mess in the niche.

If you would prefer to use a tile coating, a tile paint will also work on that exposed edge. Tile paint sticks well once the surface is lightly cleaned and degreased, so it will cover the edge effectively.
