Hello, I have a tap in my front yard and other units in my dwelling are using the tap. Is there a tap lock or something I can purchase from Bunnings that I can put on myself please?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a way to retrofit a lock on a standard garden tap.
The simplest solution that I am aware of is to have the tap replaced with a vandal-proof garden tap, which allows you to remove the tap handle so that it can't be operated.
