Hi, can any one give a definitive ID on this cistern please? I need to replace the dual flush control mechanism. Its on an old 11 litre pedestal.

It appears to be a Caroma classic smart flush cistern. However, if you can please open your cistern and take a photo of the internal mechanisms, we will be able to recommend compatible parts for your cistern. Caroma is a well-recognized brand and often offer spare parts that can be retrofitted into older units. One you post a photo of the insides we'll be able to offer suggestions on how to fix your cistern.
