How do I stop water entering door seal?

Could you please advise on how to stop storm water from entering through this exterior door? I poured a cup of water just to show how the water gets in. The Raven door seal is about 18 years old. Which door seal would you recommend to replace the current? Thanks in advance.

I suspect that the storm water seal you have has finally expired. I propose installing a new Raven RP3 Door Bottom Clear 920mm - 920mm Clear Anodised or a Moroday Black MDS11 Automatic Hinged Door Seal, its fresh spring and new rubber sealer should stop any rainwater from coming through.
