I'd suggest using CLR 750ml Ready To Use Calcium Lime Rust Remover with a Non-Scratch Scourer Pad. Spray the CLR on the stains, allow it to sit for two minutes, then use the scourer to wipe the CLR away and scrub the stain if necessary.
