Wheels spin on the end if the dowel. Don’t want the press fir to spin the dowel incase it catches long hair. A UV stabilised marker can be used for the fine lines. I used a router to cut out round wheels. Wheels can also be purchased at Bunnings. Made it to look dog like, the dog being Snoopy.
