How to fix paving gaps and sinking?

I am starting do some diy landscaping on existing outdoor area with pool

There are some gaps after pressure wash, broken pavers and sunken on edges.

i am looking to make it level, pressure wash and seal with charcoal colour to refresh area

can you help on how to perform above actions

The first thing you'll need to address is the sunken pavers. This can't be done from above, so you'll have to lift them and address the substrate to bring them back up to level with the others. Typically, pavers will have a compacted base, which is topped with Paver Sand. I'd suggest you lift the sunken pavers, then add paver sand to bring the level up.

Gaps between pavers are typically filled by sweeping polymeric paver sand between the pavers and then wetting it down to activate the polymer. In saying this, the gaps can only be up to about 4mm in width, so if there are larger gaps that you are looking at, we may need to address them individually, possibly with mortar or by adding new pavers.

When you've done all your levelling and filling, you can seal your pavers with this Crommelin DiamondTough Coloured Sealer, tinted to the colour of your choosing. Make sure you read the instructions thoroughly and follow them closely to achieve the best results possible.
