What can be done to fix / rejuvenate the below bathroom window frame?

It appears you have a bit of moisture damage appearing on the corner of the window. I suggest getting a piece of sandpaper and sanding the little corner that has been damaged. Once the black mark is gone, I recommend using UNi-PRO 500g Multi Purpose Interior Filler - 500g to fill the damaged section. Allow the filler to fully cure and sand it down if necessary. Wipe the corner free of sanding dust and use a bit of British Paints 250ml White Sample Pot - 250ml to cover the filler.
